Electronics and Computer Systems have influenced the field of medicine. Many diseases can only be diagnosed and treated with the application of these systems. The need for expertise to design and develop such devices are felt and department of medical electronics is started. The medical Electronics Degree Program, covers major areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Basic concept of Human Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Signal Analysis, Imaging and Medical Signal Processing, Information Technology, aspect of Materials and Instrumentation.
